Welcome!
My name is Patrick Eilers, and I am the founder of Bloomworks Concepts and Coaching, where I help mental health practices build stronger systems, clearer standards, and more sustainable business models.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan, but my current work is centered on consulting and practice growth. Since entering the field in 2016, I have worked in a variety of counseling and teaching roles, which has given me a broad understanding of both clinical care and the environments where mental health professionals do their best work. I also spent several years supporting clients in specialist settings, which strengthened my appreciation for the complexities of helping professions and the importance of healthy and structured organizational culture.
In 2025, I launched Bloomworks Concepts and Coaching as a long-term project focused on consulting mental health practices. My work is especially relevant for podcasters and audiences interested in psychology, healthcare culture, leadership, practice development, and organizational wellness. I enjoy sharing practical insights that connect clinical understanding with business strategy and models built specifically to mental health.
I am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and hold an AACC Professional Life Coach Certification. You can learn more about my work at Bloomworks Concepts.
