I left school with no qualifications, friends, social skills or even a personality as even the bullies abandoned me. I was a massive introvert as I found being around people even friends extremely draining. so much so that only after about 15mins I would need to get away and hide under a rock to recharge, which I found insanely frustrating as nobody else around me needed to do that.

I spent 20 years working in London, Dusseldorf, and Basel as an IT Consultant until I finally burnt out and retired in Jan 2015 as I ended up fat with diabetes T2, Sciatica, and depression.

This led me down the rabbit wholes of Biohacking, Keto, psychedelics, Tantra yoga and eastern mysticism.

I also took up toastmasters, standup comedy, juggling/confidence and health coach as I dragged myself through social hell to become an extrovert.

I'm a learning, growing and evolving being and my intention is to evolve faster and faster and faster.
