“Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate | Board-Certified Music Therapist, blending creative care with clinical insight”
I’m Grace Graebel, a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate (LCMHCA) and board-certified music therapist (MT-BC). My background uniquely blends the expressive, somatic power of music with evidence-based counseling approaches, allowing me to support trauma healing, emotional regulation, and connection in creative ways — especially for children, teens, and neurodivergent clients.
I’m passionate about making therapy feel accessible, human, and even joyful. Whether I’m supporting families navigating ADHD without medication or helping young clients find their voice through musical and expressive play, I bring authenticity, warmth, and clinical insight to every space I enter.
I’d love to join podcasts focused on mental health, trauma-informed care, creative healing, expressive arts, child therapy, or early-career therapist experiences. I hope to help others understand how creative modalities can open powerful doors to healing, and why it’s okay if talk therapy alone doesn’t work for everyone.
