Hi everyone and thanks for checking out my profile. My name is Eeshi-Ra Hart and I'm originally from the UK and the Founder of Sonic Life Solutions. I'm a sound healing practitioner, singer, trauma release breath coach & bodyworker since 1991, visionary, speaker & vocal coach with over 23 years in the sound healing world. I am passionate about empowering clients to become their own healers using the power of scientifically-researched and medically applied frequencies and those based on the laws of Nature and the Universe combined with the breath, the voice, movement, body wisdom, light, sacred geometry & consciousness for healing, accessing deeper levels of embodiment, sexual empowerment and awakening of the Divine I Am within.
I have created many different online courses, audios, instruments, mobile phone ringtone etc sharing great biohacks whether it's to share about Sonic Smile which is a modality that trains dentists who want to treat dental patient anxiety and deal with their own stress at work, or it's the business person needing some fast and easy self care solutions at work or home, or practitioners wanting to train to mastery level with the science of sound or newbies just getting started!
