Chronic illness and trauma are often deeply interconnected, yet rarely addressed together. Dr. Kristin Wild brings clinical insight, lived experience, and high-level strategic thinking to conversations about healing, resilience, and reclaiming personal power.
Dr. Kristin Wild is the Founder & Director of Modern Health Solution™, a counselling and education platform supporting women navigating chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, and trauma recovery. She is a clinical counsellor, health educator, entrepreneur, and speaker known for her dynamic presence and ability to engage across a wide range of topics.
After facing severe autoimmune disease conditions herself and being told she would likely lose mobility by age 40, Dr. Wild rebuilt her health through a root-cause, trauma-informed approach. She has now been in remission for over seven years and integrates both clinical training and lived experience into her work.
With more than two decades of experience supporting women and children escaping domestic abuse and supporting individuals in navigating work place abuse, she brings depth and clarity to conversations about emotional harm, recovery patterns, nervous system regulation, and the psychological dynamics that keep people stuck.
Her background spans corporate leadership, real estate acquisitions and asset strategy, and large-scale organizational development. She holds advanced degrees in metaphysics and applied psychology, and is a licensed clinical counsellor. This unique blend of business acumen, scientific insight, and trauma-informed care allows her to speak with both precision and passion.
Full of energy and highly conversational, Dr. Wild is comfortable discussing topics ranging from abuse recovery and autoimmune healing to entrepreneurship, resilience, leadership, and rebuilding identity after crisis.
She is the author of Ending Abuse, a practical guide for recognizing, exiting, and recovering from traumatic relationships, and is a compelling guest for interviews that seek both depth and momentum.
