We do things a bit different, in that you are already allowed to immediately record a story to be played on air through this link https://www.speakpipe.com/YourBestTrueStory Fun, right?
As long as the story you tell is somehow entertaining (scary, funny, thrilling, inspiring, intriguing, etc), it will be played on an upcoming episode and included in the monthly audience voting for most interesting story. If you win that monthly vote (which you can get your friends to vote for), we'll do a 30 minute on air solo interview with you, during which you can promote whatever you want.
Example 1... have you written a self-help book about overcoming challenges? Call in one of your stories about the challenges you overcame, and we will immediately put a link to your book in the show notes of the episode, as well as put you in the running for the longer, solo interview.
Example 2... have your own podcast or youtube channel? Call in a story from that subject matter (any story subject matter as long as it is interesting) and we'll immediately put a link to your show in the episode notes, as well as maybe have you on for the 30 min monthly solo interview show.
The main thing is... go ahead and call that story of yours in (no further permission needed), and just try to make it interesting, and we'll at least give your project a shout out during the episode your story plays on.
