Wits & Weights is a podcast for skeptics of the fitness industry who want to live longer by getting stronger with strength training and sustainable nutrition. I’m your host, Philip Pape, and in each episode, we’ll examine strategies to help you achieve physical self-mastery through a healthy skepticism of exercise and nutrition science, and a commitment to consistent lifting and nutrition.

We are seeking guests who are experts in fitness, nutrition, mindset, and self-improvement with an evidence-based approach. Interviews are 45-60 minutes in length, prepared by the host (Philip Pape), and give you the opportunity to impact lives while promoting your cause or work.
