I am looking for people to help spread awareness and their own experiences, as well as advice and resources that may help others take that step towards getting help and better understanding themselves. As a black woman I've often been shamed into not speaking up and self-advocating for my mental health. The goal of my podcast is not only to show me taking back my voice to free myself, but to uplift and encourage other women to speak up and know that they are not alone.
