Time to Change is a podcast centred around one main question: "How can we change behaviour to become better versions of ourselves?"
To help answer this question, I sit down with guests including accomplished academics, successful founders and in-demand knowledge workers to tease apart their thoughts, ideas and suggestions on behaviour change.

I would love to have guests on who apply behaviour change (directly or indirectly) in their work.
This could be through products they design, teams they lead, hobbies/interests they pursue or change they try to make. Past guests have led companies designing wellbeing initiatives for students, run workshops improving communication in adults and worked to enhance team performance in workplaces! I currently study, and write about psychology, with a focus on behavioural psychology.
