We invite you to engage in open and honest discussions focused on the mental health and wellness of veterans. This podcast aims to offer the camaraderie and fellowship that veterans have come to rely on. Acknowledging the challenges of life and the high rate of social issues impacting veterans, we provide a forum for veterans to connect with one another.
Given the many social issues, problems, and dilemmas, life can often feel overwhelming and burdensome. Together, we can share the weight of these struggles. Let’s talk about overcoming our afflictions and addictions, and explore what holds us back, isolates us, and clouds our vision.
We will listen to those who have emerged from difficult times and accepted help. We can learn to find faith and grow through our experiences. We want to hear what's on your mind and what comes from your heart. And let’s not forget to have some fun along the way!
