The Media Virus Podcast — Real News. Weird News. No Immunity.
The Media Virus Podcast (TMVP) is an independent comedy and commentary show where real news, bizarre headlines, questionable science, pop culture, and the absurdity of everyday life collide. Hosted by Matty Rockdef and the Infection Team, we deliver sharp satire, irreverent humor, and unfiltered conversations with a distinctly Gen X perspective. We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we take a good conversation seriously enough to make it entertaining.
WHO WE WANT TO COLLABORATE WITH: We're looking for engaging guests with interesting stories, strong personalities, unique expertise, unconventional careers, creative projects, or perspectives that deserve a bigger audience. Comedians, authors, musicians, filmmakers, entrepreneurs, journalists, scientists, internet personalities, and delightfully unusual people are all welcome.
Our ideal guest is comfortable having fun, thinking on their feet, laughing at themselves, and exploring a topic beyond the usual talking points. If you can inform, entertain, challenge conventional thinking, or give us something gloriously unexpected to discuss, we want to hear from you.
This is a conversation, not a press conference. Bring your expertise, your personality, and your sense of humor. We'll bring the microphones, the questions, and the occasional completely inappropriate segue.
Let's make something memorable. Resistance is futile.
