The Gymnasion Academy is inspired by the ancient gymnasion of Greece. The gymnasion was a place where warriors would train for the Olympics and for warfare, and it was also a place that housed the philosophical schools of Plato, Aristotle, and many other great teachers. Therefore, one would attend the gymnasion to create physical and mental par excellence.
This idea has inspired me for most of my adult life, and now I've opened The Gymnasion Academy to teach my listeners how to create mental and physical excellence.
