About

The exploitation of the middle-class by the large group of American franchising businesses is an unreported crisis, largely because franchisees are bound to long-term non-disclosure and non-disparagement agreements.

This enforced silence must end.

Ever been had by a franchiser? Did you think you were buying a business, only to find out you bought a ten-year indentured servitude contract? Did you watch a loved one struggle and strain, only to end in financial ruin because their dream of owning a business was weaponized against them?

If you are not bound by a Non-Disclosure/Non-Disparagement agreement, The Franchise Skeptic's Podcast (TFSP) would love to talk to you.

If you ARE bound by these agreements, you know who isn't? All your loved ones who watched you suffer - we can have them on the podcast, and we will do what we need to do to ensure your anonymity.

Beginning recording soon, scheduled to be released in September, I am looking to incorporate a segment for each podcast featuring one story of a franchise experience which went horribly wrong for that individual.

You can tell your story yourself, or I can read it on the pod (anonymizing it, of course), your choice.

Feel free to view my business website at www.franchiseskeptics.com

----

Each pod will focus on a single business, however your story does not have to match the business featured in that specific podcast. Please note that the podcast itself is very skeptical towards franchising, especially as investments for the middle-class and military, considering many of them to be outright frauds. Monique and I will be caustic towards these businesses, sympathetic to you.

The podcast will be oriented towards promoting my business (website above), which is rather obvious but you'd be surprised how many people need reminding, lol.
