Mindcluck (yup, that's a euphemism) is a part of life for all of us and it can derail even the best moments.

When you get good at silencing your own mindcluck, life is easier! Decisions are easier to make, the path forward is clearer, you can observe rather than react to whatever is before you, etc. It's easier to move through life feeling calm, confident and secure.

There are lots of different ways to get mindcluck to shut the cluck up! Good thing, since each of us has to figure out what works best for us.
