Reflections of a Phoenix is a spoken memoir video podcast built around ten universal human themes - identity, belonging, love, power, loss, the body, being failed, disappearing, the turning point, and rebirth.
Each season explores one theme through true personal stories from real people. People who have lived something real and are willing to talk about it honestly.
As a guest you get 20 to 30 minutes to share a true personal story connected to whichever season theme resonates with you. After your story we have a natural conversation and I ask you four reflective questions. That's it.
The show releases on YouTube and Spotify in August 2027. Episodes run approximately 55 to 60 minutes. Recording is done either in person or virtually.
If you have a story worth telling and the willingness to be honest about it, this show was built for you.
