Rai Radio3

Rai Radio3 is a radio program that brings authors into thoughtful, engaging conversations about the ideas, experiences, questions, and perspectives behind their work.

Rather than focusing solely on promoting a book, we are interested in the mind behind it: What inspired the author to explore this subject? What questions were they trying to answer? What assumptions did they challenge, and what might readers take away from the conversation that goes beyond the pages of the book?

We welcome authors writing across a wide range of subjects, including literature, history, culture, society, politics, science, philosophy, biography, current affairs, and other fields of serious inquiry. We are particularly interested in distinctive voices and books that introduce an interesting perspective, explore an overlooked subject, or invite readers to think differently.

Our conversations are designed to give authors space to discuss their work naturally and in depth while introducing their ideas to a wider audience. We aim for conversations that are informative, curious, accessible, and genuinely engaging rather than simply promotional.

We are currently looking to connect with authors from different backgrounds and countries whose work could lead to an interesting conversation for our audience.

If you are an author with a book, perspective, or story that you believe could spark a meaningful discussion, we would be glad to hear from you.
