As a guest, we can accommodate in-person or virtual recordings. Virtual recordings are done through Riverside.FM.
About a week before the interview, you will receive a list of questions meant to help guide the conversation and help the guest prepare. At this time, you will also be asked for your mailing address so we can send out a thank-you gift for being on the podcast.
On the day of the interview, if virtual, host Matisse Hamel-Nelis will join the virtual studio 15 minutes before the meeting time.
If the meeting is in-person, Matisse will arrive about 30 minutes in advance to set up the equipment for recording.
Once the recording is done, you'll receive a thank-you package within a week. The day your episode goes live, you'll also receive a thank-you email with assets, should you choose to share the episode with your network (which we really hope you will!).
