Please read the following carefully before submitting a request to be on the show as a guest:

  • We are a literature-based podcast first and a leadership-based podcast second, so if you are the author of a new leadership-focused book that you are looking to promote, we probably aren't a "good fit" for your book promotion efforts.
  • If you are a researcher in leadership (academic theories, leadership theories, etc.) and have written a book focused on your research, we probably aren't a "good fit" for your book promotion efforts.
  • Our podcast focuses heavily on reading a piece of literature (or excerpts from the book) (i.e. Shakespeare, Milton, Hemingway, Austen, Didion, etc.) and then extracting lessons for leaders from that book and talking about those lessons critically on the podcast in a long-form, conversational style.
  • Our podcast episode's average length is an hour and a half to two hours, sometimes as much as four hours in length. If you can't hold a conversation about a piece of literature (i.e. Shakespeare, Milton, Hemingway, Austen, Didion, etc.) for that long we are probably not a "good fit" for you as a guest.
  • If you are a fan of science fiction, romance, mystery, or other "non-classical" genres and are interested in discussing the intersection between your favorite book and leadership in business, please reach out to us and we can have a discussion.

Please create a meeting with us directly to discuss appearing on the show at our Calendly link here--> https://calendly.com/hsctpublishing/60min

Thank you for reading,

Sincerely-
