“Exploring kindness, boundaries, and the courage to be human - grounded, secular conversations without corporate spin or self‑help clichés”

Kindness in Motion is a warm, honest podcast about what it really means to be human — the self‑kindness we struggle to offer ourselves, the boundaries we’re learning to hold, the impact of bullying, and the emotional stories we carry. We’re still a young show, but every conversation is treated with curiosity, respect, and genuine care. Our aim is simple: to create a space where people feel safe enough to tell the truth.
We’re looking to collaborate with guests who value authenticity over performance. People who are willing to think out loud, explore the messy bits, and speak from lived experience rather than polished soundbites. Our listeners connect most deeply with guests who bring honesty, humour, vulnerability, and insight — not perfection.
We especially welcome educators, psychologists, wellbeing practitioners, anti‑bullying advocates, community workers, creatives, storytellers, and anyone doing meaningful work rooted in kindness, resilience, or compassion. If your work touches on emotional wellbeing, childhood experiences, boundaries, neurodiversity, healing, or the ways we learn to be kinder to ourselves and others, you’ll be a brilliant fit.
We’re not here to interrogate or debate. We’re here to understand. If you have a story, a mission, or a perspective that can help people feel less alone, we’d love to collaborate with you.
