Automation with Noah Hailegiorgis is a show about AI, automation, and how they're actually changing the way people work. The focus leans toward insurance, where I build automation myself, but the conversations go wherever the interesting work is. SaaS, agencies, operations, data, you name it.

I sit down with the people doing the building. Founders, operators, and the engineers behind the tools. We talk about what's working, what's overhyped, and where things are headed. Each episode is a relaxed, focused conversation, usually around 20 minutes.

I'm looking for guests who work in or around AI and automation and have a real point of view. People who have real domain experience in any industry and have been paying close attention to how automation and AI are also more than welcome. An insurance background is a plus but not entirely required.
