About Me

About Me

I’m the Chief Executive Officer of FreemanGroup with 24 years in hospitality spanning luxury hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, private clubs, airlines, airports, and destination organizations. I specialize in helping high-end brands deliver great service consistently—without diluting the human connection guests actually remember.

I’ve worked with some of the world’s most respected hospitality brands, including Baccarat Hotels & Resorts, St. Regis Hotels, Peninsula Hotels, 1 Hotels, Hard Rock Hotels, and Galaxy Entertainment Group. Based in the United States, my work has taken me across the Caribbean, Canada, London, Hong Kong, and Macau, advising leadership teams on service standards, training, quality assurance, and operational execution.

I speak regularly with hospitality leaders, hotel general managers, and senior executives about luxury service, guest experience measurement, personalization at scale, leadership, and the tension between consistency and individuality. I’ve presented for organizations such as the Texas Hotel & Lodging Association and the Texas Travel Alliance.

My perspective is practical and executive-level. I believe the industry doesn’t have a service “talent problem”—it has a clarity and discipline problem. Great customer experience is intentional, not accidental, and five-star service is still achievable when leaders provide the roadmap, tools, and accountability to make it real.

Potential Interview Topics

  • Why “five-star service” fails more often than it should—and how to fix it
  • Luxury service standards: where they help, where they hurt, and how to use them correctly
  • The myth of personalization: what guests actually notice vs. what leaders over-engineer
  • Operational consistency vs. individuality: finding the right balance in luxury hospitality
  • Measuring guest experience without killing the human element
  • Why most service training doesn’t stick—and what actually changes behavior
  • Leading service culture when labor, turnover, and expectations are all working against you
  • What hospitality can teach retail, restaurants, and other service-driven industries

My Philosophy

  • Most guest experience problems aren’t frontline issues—they’re leadership and system failures.
  • Personalization is meaningless without consistency; you can’t customize chaos.
  • Service standards don’t kill authenticity—poorly explained standards do.
  • Great service doesn’t require superstars; it requires clarity, training, and repetition.
  • If you can’t measure service, you’re managing it on hope and anecdotes.
