Will Glynn

Will Glynn is an Air Force veteran and intelligence professional with over three decades in military service, HUMINT collection, interrogation, and instruction, including multiple combat deployments and overseas embassy assignments. He spent his career getting people to tell the truth, and he now applies that discipline to how leaders listen, decide, and hold themselves accountable.

Many organizations do not fail for lack of information. He finds the story a room is telling itself, and the fact it is working hardest to avoid.

Will has built and taught collection and questioning curriculum, coordinated senior programs supporting a national level intelligence mission, and worked in environments where a misread person or a missed signal carried real consequences. That experience shapes how he talks: plainly, with stories from the field, and with the listener placed inside the moment rather than watching it from outside.

He is a strong fit for shows on leadership, decision making, organizational behavior, and communication.
