“Author, Speaker & Podcast Host Helping People Build Faith, Find Identity, and Trust God Through Life's Hardest Seasons”
I'm Wesley Farnsworth—an author, speaker, preacher, and host of the Unmasked with Wesley Farnsworth podcast.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple question:
What happens when life doesn't go the way you expected?
Through writing, speaking, preaching, and podcasting, I help people discover how God develops resilient faith in life's hardest seasons. My work explores themes of faith under pressure, surrender, identity, perseverance, recovery, and what it looks like to trust God when the path forward feels uncertain.
My own story has taken me through seasons of hidden struggle, addiction, loss, disappointment, recovery, and rebuilding. But over time I've come to realize that those experiences weren't the whole story—they were some of the fires God used to teach me what real faith looks like.
Today, I speak to churches, men's groups, recovery ministries, conferences, and podcast audiences about the challenges we all face: unanswered prayers, difficult seasons, unexpected setbacks, identity, purpose, and learning to trust God when circumstances don't make sense.
I am the author of The Blueprint of Becoming: A Practical Guide to Faith, Failure, and Finding Your Way Forward and the forthcoming When Faith Meets Fire, a book exploring how God uses seasons of uncertainty, waiting, pressure, and hardship to refine our faith rather than destroy it.
I also host Unmasked with Wesley Farnsworth, where I have honest conversations about faith, transformation, healing, leadership, recovery, and the stories people often carry behind the scenes.
Before entering ministry and speaking, I spent fifteen years serving in and alongside the United States Air Force as a photographer and Public Affairs Specialist. I later earned master's degrees in Branding and Internet Marketing and built a career helping organizations communicate with clarity and purpose.
Whether on a stage, behind a microphone, or writing from my own experiences, my mission remains the same: helping people discover that their past does not define them, their current struggle is not the end of their story, and God often does His deepest work in the middle of the fire.
