After thirty years in design, I was laid off at 56. That crossroads, and what I discovered working through it, is what brought me to coaching. Now I work with professionals in the second half of their career who know there's still meaningful work to do and don't want to waste time figuring out what that looks like.

My approach goes underneath the situation. What keeps most people stuck isn't the career question itself - it's the assumptions, patterns, and beliefs they've stopped questioning. I help people see those clearly and make conscious choices about what comes next.
