Hey there, I’m Vlad Mendoza, and for over a decade, I’ve dedicated myself to the field of product design, with a particular focus on enterprise tools and AI. For me, merging powerful AI capabilities with user-friendly experiences is an exciting new frontier in product design. My journey began with a simple question: How can we make work tools as intuitive as the consumer-facing products we use daily? This curiosity has fueled my mission to improve the frustrating user experiences that often plague enterprise software.
Beyond my work, I am passionate about building and mentoring design teams. Developing talent and leading teams to build world-class products are responsibilities I take great pride in. I cannot express enough how fulfilling it has been to watch young talents blossom into seasoned professionals.
