Hi there, I'm Viola - a Navy Veteran, mother, and the proud CEO and Founder of Champion 40A Inc. As an accomplished businesswoman, I received my BA in Accounting from Florida International University and am also a member of Phi Mu Fraternity.
Throughout my career, I've held various leadership positions, including serving as the COO of EPM - a prominent mortgage marketing firm. But my passion doesn't stop there. I'm also a former board member of Homeless to Housed, a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing homelessness in our communities.
My driving philosophy is that housing is a basic human right and home ownership is the true gateway to generational wealth creation. It's this belief that has shaped everything I've done in the industry. Whether it's working with clients to secure their dream home or leading my team to success at Champion 40A, I'm committed to making a positive impact on the world around me.
