I've been a spiritual teacher, Reiki master, healing circle facilitator, trauma tapper and course creator over the last 15 years and host my own podcast called adult children in recovery for adult children who struggle with chronic stress, pain, trauma, discover their special gifts and experience peace.
I've been a guest on over a hundred global summits over the last 10 years and my passion is supporting empaths, burnt out caregivers and people who have energy blocks and are committed to self-improvement and deep and lasting positive transformation.
I feel equally comfortable as a host as well as a guest and love to inspire as many people as i can with the message that doing the inner work is completely worth it and always possible.
I hold a safe space for people of all ages in one on one and group healing sessions to calm and regulate the nervous system and to assist my clients to experience the joy of emotional freedom.
