Troy Hillard

Hi, I am Troy Hillard, a New Zealand based founder and franchisor of 4 different brands that operate in Australia and New Zealand, Australia and soon to be in Canada. Our franchise business is operated from our holding company The Rite Group.

Starting our first brand Wash Rite an exterior cleaning and house wash franchise brand in August 2015 we quickly grew to become the largest operator in New Zealand and soon the largest in the Southern Hempishere, In 2017 we also started our 2nd franchise brand Lawn Rite, Lawn Rite is a full service lawn and garden maintenance brand. Lawn Rite grew rapidly of the loyal client base we have built from our Wash Rite brand and within 6 months we had started our 3rd brand Hallmark Services, Hallmark Service's is a commercial cleaning and carpet cleaning brand which has seen rapid growth from day one. As of today we have a total of 249 franchisees across 4 brands. The total business has surpassed our expectations and has seen growth, As of Jan 2052 we see over $69 million in group revenue every month and growing by 7% to 10% month on month. In mid 2022 we launched The Handyman Group franchise brand and in our first 3 months of trading we have already launched 10 franchise locations across New Zealand.

Today I split my time between growing our business and volunteering my time to help new business owners or startups to help get there business of the ground and to ensure they are a success. This volunteering is by far the most rewarding part of my professional business career.
