Born deaf, I faced significant challenges from an early age. However, I didn't let that setback define me. Instead, it fueled my determination to succeed. At the age of five, I regained my hearing, but the early years of my life had already taught me the value of resilience, grit, and perseverance.

At 18, I began my entrepreneurial journey, carrying with me the resilience I'd developed in my early years. This journey culminated in the establishment of VersedLook, a 7-figure digital marketing agency. With a dedicated team of 20+ remote offshore employees, VersedLook achieved remarkable success.

Despite the success I enjoyed, I encountered a range of challenges and setbacks along the way. It was through these experiences that I discovered the transformative "automate, delegate, and eliminate" lifestyle, a methodology I believe could have expedited my success had I encountered it earlier.

Recognizing a lack of practical, hands-on advice in the business coaching field, I was driven to share the valuable insights I gained through my experiences. This desire led to the establishment of the Remote CEOs Academy in December of 2022, a platform designed to support entrepreneurs in overcoming challenges related to client acquisition and team building.

The Academy's fundamental focus lies in teaching the principles of leverage, which I believe are key to business growth:

1. Client Acquisition Systems: To generate more leads, meetings and deals, thereby eliminating stress.
2. Delegation: Prioritizing high-ROI hiring, often achieved through remote offshore employment.
