I’m a co-founder of ConnectCareHero, where we’re tackling one of the biggest challenges in senior living today: social isolation.

We built a platform called Telly, a “Netflix-like” engagement system designed specifically for senior living communities. It gives older adults access to live and on-demand programming while helping staff deliver consistent engagement without adding to their workload.

What makes this work especially interesting is the intersection of:

• staffing shortages in healthcare
• the growing demand for resident engagement
• and how technology can quietly support both

I spend most of my time working directly with operators, activity directors, and leadership teams across senior living communities, helping them rethink how engagement is delivered at scale.

I’m not coming on podcasts to sell anything. I’m coming to share real insights from the field:
