I’m Tom Maze, and I am a self-taught entrepreneur with four businesses who has read over 300 books and mainly focuses on leadership, fund raising, finance, coaching, entrepreneurship, mindset, and most importantly overcoming limiting beliefs.
Currently, I am building Squadra Holding, a performance-based hedge fund focused on technology, with a diversified allocated portfolio. I also manage Alteza Capital, an independent consulting firm dedicated to connecting qualified investors and vetted startups. The third one is NXT digital which partners with artists around the world to help their work the recognition and compensation it deserves in the NFT space. Lastly, is my very own coaching and mentorship business with a mission to help individuals reach their full potential and build their dreams.
I believe that everyone can become the best version of themselves. We just need to use our resources, talents, skills, gifts, strengths, and weaknesses to live the life we were meant to be.
