“Theatrical Solutions for Business Problems”
I have worked professionally in theatre since 1992, moving through summer stocks and regional theatres before arriving on Broadway, where I've worked for more than 25 years.
This career has given me a rarely heard perspective: the view from inside the teams that turn someone else's vision into reality. Theatre is one of the oldest living laboratories of human nature and teamwork. I know what it takes to maintain excellence eight shows a week, adapt when the plan goes sideways, build trust before you need it, communicate when there isn't time for a meeting, and bring hundreds of very different people together around one goal.
Today, through Open the Aperture, I bring those lessons into the business world using the theatrical process to explore leadership, teamwork, communication, trust, resilience, and performance.
I bring a fresh perspective, practical takeaways, a sense of humor, and a point of view your audience probably hasn't heard before.
The Theatrical Process comes standard. The old "song and dance" does not!
