About Me

  • Award-winning entrepreneur, impact leader and youth arts program creator Tamaira “Miss Tee” Sandifer has announced a national brick-and-mortar expansion of her acclaimed non-profit organization, Studio T Arts & Entertainment. Founded in 2005, the organization’s mission is to help youth develop critical creative and life skills through exposure to the economic and emotional healing power of the arts, media and entrepreneurship. • Studio T Arts’ commitment to fostering life skills, career opportunities, and social impact for underserved and under-represented students will continue to expand to areas of need with locations opening in cultural and technological hubs like Fresno, CA, San Diego, CA, Tulsa, OK, Philadelphia, PA, Harlem, NY, and Atlanta, GA through 2026. Studio T Arts & Entertainment is also set to launch a mobile app to make Miss Tee’s popular distance learning platform, PasstoClass.com, more accessible to students worldwide.
  • To mark the organization's expansion and celebrate her 50th birthday, Sandifer hosted a four-day extravaganza and soft-opening at the newly-acquired Studio T Arts & Entertainment Innovation Factory, an arts and media production studio in the organization’s home of Sacramento, CA. Valued at $4M+, the flagship will be a reflection of Miss Tee's entrepreneurial acumen and visionary leadership, as well as the invaluable skillsets, determination and creativity of the youth the organization directly impacts. Influential attendees in support included Assemblymember Kevin McCarty, Retired CA State Bar Board Member Dennis Mangers, NBA Producer Guerlain Paul, City of Sacramento Arts Program Coordinator Richard Falcon, 4x Grammy and Oscar-nominated RocNation Artist/Songwriter/Producer DIXSON, and The Evolved Co. The 36,000 square foot Sacramento location will feature eight main rooms to offer dance, photography, videography, podcasting, culinary arts, music production studios, performance theater, web development, private theater, and tons of creation space. The immersive studio will boast training rooms to teach students, protégés, and interns how to not only create rich visual content, but also entrepreneurial skills to empower them to earn a dollar and pay it forward.
