In addition to owning and operating Illuminate, Sunshine is also an award-winning software product manager and business operations expert who has helped corporations like Rocket Mortgage (formerly Quicken Loans) and Ford Motor Company revolutionize their internal structure and processes to adopt a more innovative culture.
In her spare time, Sunshine can be found dancing, cooking, painting, and hanging out with her niece, her partner, his kids, and their five kitties in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan.
