“Founder of Blend, a curated membership community for professionals | I tell honest stories about leadership, culture, and company building.”
I've spent my career bringing people together, running events across the world before I realized the real magic wasn't just who is in the room, but what happens when you connect the right people broke beyond their silos of experience to learn.
That insight led me to build Blend, a curated membership community for executives of the largest businesses in the world. The premise is simple but underappreciated: the best leaders don't succeed alone. They succeed because they've built access to diverse minds around them.
I'm obsessed with cognitive diversity and what I call the collective advantage, the idea that teams and networks with genuinely different thinkers consistently outperform homogenous ones. Not just in theory. In practice, in culture, in the decisions that define companies. It's why echo chambers kill great organizations, and why leaders who actively seek dissenting voices build more resilient ones.
On a podcast, I'm a storyteller. I won't give you a framework with three bullet points. I'll tell you about the moments, the rooms, the humans, the conversations, the mistakes that shape how I think about leadership, community and why the people around you are the most underrated competitive advantage you have.
A global leadership community where senior enterprise leaders gain cross-industry insights to thrive beyond the C-suite.
