“What leaders really think about remote work | Executive finance leader, researcher & women-in-business advocate.”
I’m Stephanie Dailey, EDBA, MBA—an executive finance professional, researcher, and consultant with nearly 20 years of experience across finance, FP&A, treasury, accounting, and transformation.
My research focuses on something increasingly important to organizations: what senior leaders really think about remote workers. My doctoral research examined both the conscious and unconscious attitudes of senior leaders toward remote employees—and whether those attitudes influence the decisions leaders make about remote work.
I bring both the research and practitioner perspectives to conversations about remote and hybrid work, leadership, workplace culture, and the future of work.
I also enjoy talking about women in business and finance, unconventional career paths, and building a career across industries and countries. My professional experience includes work with major financial and investment organizations, as well as international experience in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
I’m especially interested in thoughtful, practical conversations about how leadership is changing—and what that means for the people doing the work.
