Sree Kaluva, a well-known IT leader in metro Detroit area with over 25 years of industry experience. He is an expert CTO and strategic IT innovator for business growth with focus on helping small businesses.

He started the entrepreneurial journey when he was 15 years. Sree Kaluva under the guidance and supervision of his father, started off with his family-owned small business in India, and quickly transformed it into the city’s second-largest fertilizer retailer. He came from a financially challenging situation with the dream of earning an engineering degree. While his path wasn't necessarily traditional, tirelessly focusing on the dream brought it to fruition. In 1999, with a box of cloths and heartful of hopes on future Sree Kaluva landed in America, the land of opportunities. He, worked with multiple fortune 500 companies as an IT consultant and developed enterprise level software. The passion and joy of being a small business owner continued calling him towards starting his own business in America. He then founded Unique Solutions of Advanced Technologies Inc in 2006 with a mission of helping small businesses in applying technology and thrive. The small IT firm he created as a one-man army is now helping small businesses across America with a team of 25+ located across the globe. The innovative thinking helped him to create an echo system of talent adding a drop of fuel, propelling this mission forward. Corp! magazine a MI based nationwide business publication dedicated to business owners and C-suite leaders, recognized his efforts with Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award twice (2016 & 2018).

While working with many small businesses, he noticed that large corporations are, reaping the rewards of using the enterprise level software in organizing their business, while small businesses are lost in chaos created by disorganized process. At that point, Sree saw an opportunity for helping the small business by bringing large scale All-in-One productive software concepts into their hands. He then created a new business entity called My Biz Pro Inc with an innovative cloud-based Business Operating System named “My Workbelt”. This software is aimed particularly helping Service-based Small Businesses. Which is now soaring in the market with a vision to become a global brand.

During the journey of entrepreneurship, Sree Kaluva also noticed that taking care of elderly is a noble task and also connected him with cultural roots from India where he grew up. In 2019, the owner at Serenity of Commerce was struggling to provide proper care for the memory challenged woman who are in near conclusions of their lives. He took the ownership of Serenity of Commerce in June 2019 and become instrumental in continued the care for elderly women they deserve. With the sensitivity and sensible care for memory challenged senior woman along with business experience he gained thru entrepreneurial journey, he added additional space. This additional loving space created in existing group home now providing memory care for elderly housing 12 ladies with, healthy, warm and comfortable living environment. With this expansion, Serenity of Commerce is now a beautiful home for memory challenged woman standing as an exemplary in the adult foster care industry. From dying business, Serenity of Commerce is now turned into a fully functioning vibrant community providing employment to a dozen wonderful people. The culture he created for caring the elderly women with love and affection made it to be a happy home for those who deserve a comfort living.
