I am four-time successful entrepreneur with the U-Group LLC (an advisory firm driving growth and exits for small and mid-cap enterprises), Avantcom Inc. (an e-diagnostics company acquired by Brooks Automation), and Integrated Process Equipment Corporation (a semi-cap public company). I earned my MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a BS in Electronics & Telecommunications from the University of Pune (India).
