I worked in the non-profit industry prior to my coaching practice. I've written three books: Embrace Your Destiny: 12 Steps to Living the Life You Deserve, a book about my journey through depression after my father died, Lulu: Adventures in a Dog's Life, and my latest book, A Tale of Two Hurricanes: Surviving Beryl & Melissa.
