“My life can be summed up in 4 words: From Surviving to Thriving! My story is one of resilience & of choosing to look for the good in life.”

About Me

At 41 years old, I still feel like a teenager at heart—especially when I’m front row at a 90s boyband concert, VIP pass in hand, reliving the music and memories that shaped me. Nostalgia isn’t just a hobby for me; it’s healing. Whether I’m at a Backstreet Boys show or a 90s convention, I find joy in reconnecting with the best parts of my childhood and bringing that positivity into my adult life.

But my story isn’t just about concerts and meet-and-greets. I’ve faced my share of hardships—trauma at different stages; between narcissistic abuse, sexual assault, religious trauma, the devastating loss of my mom 5 years ago, and now, navigating a painful divorce from the person I once considered my forever, I have had to learn how to be resilient. Losing my mom was a defining moment that split my life in two: before and after. She was my rock, my best friend, and the person who taught me that strength isn’t about avoiding pain—it’s about finding joy despite it.

The second most defining moment in my life was when I left my ex-husband after years of narcissistic abuse. Last year I decided to file for divorce and knew I wanted to heal someplace new. So I picked up my life in New Jersey and drove over 800 miles with just my new pup, to start over in Jacksonville, Florida. Since then., I have absolutely fallen in love with life and with myself for the first time ever. I am thriving in a way that I had never imagined!

I wasn’t always this person. Anxiety ruled my life for years, but through loss, I’ve learned how to hold space for both grief and joy. I now live by the belief that while we can’t control the hardships life throws our way, we can absolutely choose to create more of the good. For me, that means dancing, pursuing jobs in the entertainment industry, soaking in all things 90s, and sharing my story in the hopes that it helps someone else feel less alone.

Today, I coach recently divorced women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure who they are outside the relationship. My work blends lived experience, compassionate mindset tools, and a clear, structured 1:1 framework to help you quiet the inner critic, practice real self‑compassion, and design a joyful, purpose‑driven future. Together, we reconnect with the you that got buried, envision your “dream life” in vivid color, and take steady, courageous steps toward it—one boundary, one decision, one win at a time. Healing can coexist with fun; joy belongs in the rebuilding.

Along the way, I’ve appeared in Happy Gilmore 2 and on ABC’s The Greatest Average American, and I’m writing a book about resilience, identity, and choosing joy after divorce—because our stories, however messy, can light the way for someone else.

Topics I love: life after divorce, identity rebirth, self‑compassion, reframing grief, navigating fear into action, and how nostalgia can fuel healing.

Let’s talk, let’s laugh, and let’s get real.
