With 17+ years of marketing and business development experience, I’ve worked with over 20 Fortune 500 companies, led growth campaigns, and helped scale a startup from employee #9 to 82+ before a successful exit. As Sr. Director of Business Development at Digital Amplification, I specialize in cold calling, strategic partnerships, AI-driven marketing, and creating high-impact sales systems.
A graduate of ASU’s top-ranked WP Carey School of Business, I blend 2,500 years of strategic wisdom with next-gen tactics to drive results. Mentored as a teenager by my grandfather, the former president of MCI, who created such an unstoppable business development team that AT&T and Verizon teamed up to try and compete, I’ve built powerful business development engines from scratch and now focus on growing my agency into an industry leader.
I’m a firm believer in what you do outside of business affects how you perform in business, which is one of the reasons why I believe sobriety is a superpower, martial arts, and creative pursuits such as playing guitar, writing, and creating videos give you an incomparable competitive edge. That said, I believe being a father is the ultimate game changer as well as it doesn’t give you an option to be motivated or not.
Prior to meeting my wife and bringing my children into this world, I went years being the only person in my family left. Even though I’m a tribe registered American Indian, my band was thousands of miles away, so I had to rebuild a support system which takes a lot of resilience and delusional optimism. Climbing the economic social ladder also comes with challenges that are tough to overcome as well, but with time and persistence, have managed to find my place. But the story isn’t finished yet.
My down-to-Earth goal is to one day build a bird sanctuary and become a bird keeper. My out of this world goal is to build the first citizen-owned Smart City in order to create community and a stake of equity, safety, and purpose for the people living in it.
