I am an ambitious, hard-working and dedicated Human Resources Leader. I started my career young and quickly advanced by using payroll as the foundation for my continued success. I believe the HR magic happens at the intersection of people, process, and technology. I know all three must work in unison to create a great employee experience. I’ve consulted at companies within small, mid-market, and enterprise environments to help drive change within their organizations.
At the end of 2021, I made a bold move to step away from my Corporate role to join the movement and help shape the future of work. Today, we are in a chaotic time where a global pandemic, the great resignation, and remote employees are now forcing us to reimagine work. HR departments are burnt out, overwhelmed, and in a scramble to fill roles. I am looking to align with Organizations invested in the betterment of their workplace culture, retention of their employees, and innovative ways to work.
I am over 40, a woman, and a minority. I am committed to diversity, equity and inclusion for all. I love to serve humans with empathy and precision, giving space for growth and accountability. While some may view this as a radical approach to drive radical change within HR, I view this as getting right back to where we always should have been - thriving at the intersection of people, process and technology.
