Robert Herr

Robert B. Herr is a distinguished entrepreneur and innovator, deeply rooted in the

beautiful city of Santa Barbara since 2009. As a visionary founder, he has been at the

forefront of technology and product development, with a particular focus on

sustainable and humanitarian initiatives. Robert’s journey began with humble

beginnings in the country outside of Montrose, a small town in Southwest Colorado.

As a self-starter, he ventured west to explore the vast creative resources in California

where he attended the Santa Barbara City College.

There he served as President of The Entrepreneurship Club, Robert has consistently

demonstrated a knack for leadership and innovation.

Before launching The Empower Project, Robert founded two nationally recognized

technology startups. FuelBox Inc., under his leadership, went from an unknown

brand to a trusted supplier of Fortune 100 companies and the United States

Department of Homeland Security. His other venture, Bunker Supply Co., showcased

his commitment to designing superior on-body equipment for military operators and

first responders, notable modernizing equipment for the U.S. Navy and Air Force.
