About Me

I'm Richard Hamilton, Ph.D., a molecular biologist, entrepreneur, and author of Live Like Lucy: Surviving Ourselves and Our 21st Century Society. My passion is helping people understand how evolution, genetics, and lifestyle shape our health and longevity.

With a Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University and postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School, I've spent decades studying molecular biology, nutrition, DNA repair, embryology, and epigenetics. My work focuses on translating complex science into practical, evidence-based strategies that help people live healthier, happier, and longer lives.

On podcasts, I enjoy engaging conversations about why modern lifestyles often conflict with our biology and what we can do to prevent chronic disease, improve metabolic health, sleep better, reduce stress, and thrive in today's world. My goal is to leave listeners with practical insights they can immediately apply to improve their well-being.
