Fast-forward a few years, a few pivots, and one baby later and I’m the founder of HerSay, an AI-powered health companion that helps women navigate their health journeys.

Before that? I spent over a decade in sales ops, digital transformation, and executive leadership—optimizing billion-dollar org charts and global teams. I’ve advised Fortune 500s, coached startups, and had my share of “why am I crying in a bathroom stall right now” moments in leadership. I’ve also given keynotes, hosted podcasts, written a book, and helped other women step more boldly into their own narrative.
