raymond fleming

I’m a working cowboy, horseman, rancher, and father who lives the life I talk about every day. My experience includes starting and developing young horses, working cattle, ranch work, and raising a family around horses and the Western lifestyle.

I’ve built a growing social media audience by documenting the realities of ranch life—not the polished version you see in movies. My content gives people an inside look at horse training, cattle work, cowboy culture, raising kids around animals, and the skills and mindset that come with working ranch life.

I’m especially passionate about starting young horses and helping people understand the difference between riding a horse and truly developing a dependable ranch horse. I’m also interested in the future of the cowboy and how traditional Western skills can continue to thrive in a modern world.

I’d make a great guest because I can bring real-world experience, stories from the ranch, practical horsemanship knowledge, and an authentic perspective on what it means to be a working cowboy in 2026. I’m comfortable having honest conversations, sharing lessons learned, and keeping things entertaining rather than overly scripted.

Potential topics include young horse training, colt starting, ranch horsemanship, working cattle, cowboy culture, fatherhood and ranch life, and building a modern Western brand through social media.
