Rachael Melot

Rachael is the author of The Ten Commandments of #SuccessWithoutApology and the producer or host of a handful of podcasts ranging from grocery industry insights to local leadership. Rachael was one of 12 women chosen to work with women business leaders in Tunisia through the George W. Bush's Women in Fellowship program and she brings a very unique entrepreneurial, yet corporately accepted, approach to women's advancement.

She has been the keynote for thousands at the National Grocers Association conference in Las Vegas, to hundreds at Leadership Oklahoma forums, to dozens at Connors State University Presidential Leadership classes, and many others. She has the ability to capture the room with personalized presentations and the ability laugh at her own mistakes along her career, to help others face the trials and tribulations of personal brand growth.

Rachael was named by the Journal Record of Oklahoma as one of 50 women making a difference in 2022, and led the research efforts earning Oklahoma Governor Stitt’s proclamation that Shawnee is the #1 City in the State of Oklahoma for women owned business.

Through speaking engagements and twenty-five years officiating basketball, she's worked in more than 38 states, visited 6 of the 7 continents, and believes her life’s work is to encourage the success of women without apology.

She is the consummate business connector and operates small personal companies on the side. She resides in Shawnee, Oklahoma with her husband Jason Melot, and is the proud grandma RayRay to her grandson Archer
