“I’m an articulate, bubbly podcast guest with strong opinions, honest insight and plenty of lived experience to back them up.”
I have lived with diagnosed ADHD for 28 years and bring both personal and professional insight into the subject. I was originally diagnosed at 10 years old, taken off medication at 17 due to outdated NHS beliefs around Adult ADHD, and have recently been re-diagnosed at 38.
My lived experience, combined with a psychology-based degree in Early Childhood Studies and a postgraduate certificate in Post-Compulsory Education, has given me a strong understanding of neurodivergence across both childhood and adulthood.
This ultimately led me to found and run my own ADHD advocacy company and podcast, ADHD & Me, where I focus on honest conversations around ADHD, mental health, masking, overwhelm and lived experience.
Breaking down the myths & misconceptions about ADHD and raising awareness through those most affected by it, in the form of a blog/ podcast and other resources.
