I'm P.N. Yaya, author of The Principle of Peace: Transforming Fear into Understanding. Most people call me Nick.

The book grew out of an idea I spent years trying to disprove before I trusted it enough to publish: most of our conflicts, from the dinner table to the headlines, are driven by fear wearing a disguise. Anger, contempt, righteousness, cynicism, these are usually fear in a costume. Name the fear underneath and the conflict starts to loosen. The book turns that into a simple framework: knowledge plus understanding, minus fear, gives you a solution; a solution applied with wisdom leads to peace.

I'm a grounded, easy guest. I like to work in real scenes, a manager about to fire an employee, a school board meeting coming apart, a family argument at Thanksgiving, and show how one honest question changes the outcome. The book asks for your attention, not your agreement.
