Eight years ago, I founded a networking group for women entrepreneurs out of a deep desire to connect with like-minded women who felt lonely and isolated, just like I did. To my surprise, the response was overwhelming, and the group quickly evolved into a bustling, interactive community where women returned week after week.
Despite their successful businesses, what these women really craved was companionship and genuine connections with others who shared their experiences. This taught me a valuable lesson: the importance of community and accountability.
This taught me a valuable lesson: the power of community and accountability, especially for location-independent 40+ women. Today, everything I create is centered around fostering a sense of community and accountability among women. After all, #Selfaccountability only takes you so far.
